Who grants us our perfection is certainly the virtue of patience, and if this virtue is to practice it with others

February 9
Beware, my dear daughter, of all those desires which, according to the common judgment of the people who possess the spirit of the Lord, can not reach their goal. Such, in fact, those desires of some Christian perfection can admire and imagine but not practiced, and those perfections of which many speak without turning them into works.
Rest assured, my dear daughter, who grants us our perfection is certainly the virtue of patience, and if this virtue is to practice it with others, should exercise it above all with ourselves. One who aspires to the pure love of God, do not need to be patient with others as it should have it himself. It must resign yourself, my dear daughter, to bear our imperfections to reach perfection. I say support our imperfections with patience, and do not say love and caress, because humility is strengthened in this suffering.
