"O ye of little faith, why did you doubt?"

January 4

The third maxim is that you watch what the Divine Master taught his disciples: "What has been missing? '.

Consider carefully, my dear daughter, this passage. Jesus commanded the apostles to the world, no money, no staff, no sandals, no saddle, dressed only in a robe, and then said, "When I sent in this way, did you lack anything?" And they said that nothing was missed.

Now, I tell you, little girl, when you were troubled, even at the time when, unfortunately, did not feel much confidence in God, tell me, you found some time oppressed by the suffering? I will answer no. Why, then, - I will add - not to trust all others overcome adversity? If God has not abandoned in the past, how can he leave you in the future, when now, more than in the past, you want to be yours from now on? Fear not that you can think of something bad in this world, because you might not ever happen. But in any case, if you ensue, God will give you the strength to cope. The divine Master commanded S. Peter walked on water. S. Peter, blowing wind and the danger of the storm, he was afraid and this was almost submerged, requested help from the teacher and he rebuked him, saying: "O ye of little faith, why did you doubt?" And, reaching down, caught him. If God makes you walk on the stormy waters of adversity, no doubt, my little one, do not be afraid, God is with thee: be brave and be released.
